The legal firm Láník a partneři was founded in 1999. Presently, the firm operates on a "best friends" basis, collaborating with legal professionals who share both premises and human resources under contractual arrangements at its headquarters located at Italská 1274/8, Prague 2.
Furthermore, the law office cooperates on a contractual basis with other law offices. We also have contractual partners in the Slovak Republic or abroad, where we have provided a variety of legal services for our Czech clients.
The legal firm offers comprehensive legal services across all domains of Czech law to its clientele, ensuring adherence to stringent standards and fulfilling the diverse needs of both corporate entities and individual clients.
The law office commonly provides legal services in English and in a limited extent in French.
Management
Martin Láník is an attorney-at-law with previous experience from an investment company, where he worked as a lawyer and later became a member of the company's board of directors.
He became attorney-at-law in 1999. Since 1996, he has held positions on the boards of directors and supervisory boards of Czech industrial and commercial companies. Some of those functions included executive and directing responsibilities. His law office provided legal services to clients in the implementation of complex business transactions and projects, some of which were international in scope.
He represented and represents clients in disputes and provides legal services in all areas of law. He speaks English.

The law office Láník a partneři provides its clients with complex legal services encompassing the entirety of the Czech legal framework, inclusive of criminal law. These services comprise legal consultancy and advice, contract drafting, filing of a variety of motions, legal analyses, reports and other documents of legal nature, acting on behalf of the client during negotiation with the adversary or business partners as well as during hearings before court and administrative bodies.
